In our gastronomic experience, we had decided to taste the delicacies suggested in the executive menu. As a starter, a lettuce salad, with figs and cheese mousse that stimulated our senses. We went on to the main course, corvina with quinoa in a fish stock: every flavour was engaging and surprised us with the different aromas and textures. We finished with a chocolate fondant, coupled with carrot jam, cocoa crumble, muesli, and a refreshing cream ice cream, a delight that can comfort every heart.
