As soon as we walked into Ritz Four Seasons we were impressed by the attention to detail and the majestic decoration of each room.

In the most iconic luxury address in Lisbon, Hotel Ritz reflects the history and soul of Portuguese culture. Here Luís XVI style blends with Art Deco and the lobbies have modern art pieces created by Portuguese artists. A real dream if you like classic decoration because here you’ll find replicas of 18th century furniture and other surprizing pieces that create a cozy, luxurious, elegant and very pleasant environment.

The Portalegre tapestry trilogy of Almada Negreiros, inspired by the constellation (Centaurus I, II and III) is truly amazing and can be appreciated at the lounge. It’s not by accident that they say Ritz has one of the most valuable private collections in the country – the hotel has a smartphone app called Art Collection Ritz Lisbon where you can find all the information about it.

With five stars and 282 rooms – most of them with a view to Parque Eduardo VII and the city – Hotel Ritz Four Seasons provides you a unique and unforgettable experience. The rooms, extremely comfortable and wide, allow us to enjoy a well-slept and relaxing night, even when we are on a business trip.

For families travelling with children, Ritz has many services that enable a peaceful stay: baby-sitting, brunches for children on weekends, hygiene products for their sensitive skin, diapers and pacifiers, strollers, baby bottle heaters and, of course, many activities in the hotel.

The 18-meter-long (59 ft) indoor pool, the relaxation and treatment rooms, the sauna, steam room and spa make everything better, especially after a tiring day in the City of the Seven Hills. If you like to run, the running track on the terrace with a view over Lisbon is a good place to start the day. On the 10th floor there are studios for classes (why not a pilates class?) and the maintenance room.
