The B Temple

The Temple of Meat

In this Temple there is only room for one Goddess, meat! Like all Goddesses, it is worshiped and spiced with the best and most carefully selected ingredients.

The B Temple is a project by Zahari Markov who believes (and demonstrates) that quality really does make all the difference. It is from this need to make a positive difference that emerges the desire to create a differentiated restaurant. In this space in Chiado nothing is left to chance, from the choice of the meat to the decoration details. Here, rustic and vintage are combined with industrial details with an excellent taste. The atmosphere is as involving as the delicious taste of the dishes.

On our visit, we opened our appetite with a wonderful starter: crispy farinheira (a Portuguese smoked sausage made mainly from wheat flour and pork) with goat cheese. And of course, we tried the sirloin steak, made from Rubia Galega meat matured for 60 days, with fries and salad, and we can assure that the goal of producing with quality and passion – values that are carried over to flavor – was achieved with great success. To water this delicious moment, we really had to try one of the craft beers available in the restaurant, so we tried the Erdinger Weiss. Inspired by the desire to try the proposals of The B Temple, we also tried the Beyra Reserva wine, a wonderful Portuguese proposal that we loved. On your visit, do as we did and enjoy the incredible desserts that the space provides. We tried the red fruit Cheesecake and the petit gâteau with vanilla ice cream, and left The B Temple amazed and with a happy belly!

Besides the well-known and delicious Black Angus beef burgers, you will find in this Lisbon temple options such as steaks or even vegetarian suggestions so that nobody feels excluded. You already know that this is the perfect place to gather your friends for a casual and delicious dinner in Chiado – add it to your agenda!

Cool Tip: For a very Portuguese experience, visit A Vida Portuguesa in Rua da Anchieta and discover the best and most traditional Portuguese products. The good mood that the meal will put you in, will make your shopping even happier.
