The Open Brasserie Mediterrânica is the restaurant inside Hotel Inspira Santa Marta. The Open kitchen is headed by chef Diogo Porfírio who creates, on a daily basis, a wide range of dishes that both your eyes and your palate will thank you for.

For lunch there is one meat dish, one fish dish and 3 types of risotto to choose from. We tried the comforting oven-gratin cod and the spinach and peppers risotto. The salad bar is equally inviting and showcases a wide variety of fresh organic produce.

For those looking for gluten-free dishes, vegetarian or vegan options, chef Diogo Porfírio and his team will be happy to prepare them for you.

To finish off such a great lunch, there is a dessert buffet consisting of sliced seasonal fruit and a variety of appetizing pastries.
