The restaurant is spacious and modern, featuring the same decorative Pop Art style as the Resort, and is quite cozy and reserved. We feel welcome right away and feel like staying and enjoying the unpretentious setting after the meal. In fact, we suggest you stay for a while and enjoy the various cocktails - we can't help but highlight the Tropical Ride Cocktail, very sweet, made with mango, passion fruit, pineapple, and vodka.

The wine selection is extensive and diversified and stands out for its quality. WoW lets you explore and discover various national and international wines. The gastronomic focus is on fresh and local ingredients, so you can count on the best local products on your visit, from fish to meat. On our visit, we started by tasting the exotic tuna ceviche with arugula and mango, a refreshing and divine choice. The fish soup with croutons is also a wonderful suggestion that you can't miss on cooler days. We were delighted with the shrimp linguini nero a la guillo and the pistachio-crusted tuna loin, served with sweet potato puree and a refreshing waldorf salad. These are just two of the delicious suggestions that prove the search for quality and the best ingredients.

To finish, we can't help but recommend that you try the almond tart with ice cream and ginja (sour cherry), or the chocolate mousse with sliced almonds, pistachios, and mango.
