Part of the Entretanto building on Príncipe Real, Fluid Eatery and Bar is a mandatory stop if you’re looking to enjoy a light, but absolutely delicious lunch.

The codfish in puff pastry, accompanied by a fresh salad, is mouth-watering. But the Chef's suggestion is also worth considering: Penne with Tomato and Vegetable Sauce. If perhaps you’re craving something lighter, the grilled cheese, ham and chicken sandwich is a safe bet. Whatever you choose, top it off with the house chocolate mousse, whose pinch of salt and olive oil makes it very, very tasty.
