Inspired by his travels and Peruvian flavors, Chef Kiko created "A Cevicheria", a signature restaurant that shows us new ways of cooking and plating an ingredient that is extremely appreciated in Portugal: fish.
With a delicious mix of Portuguese, Asian and tropical flavors, A Cevicheria offers a sublime and unforgettable experience in an inviting place, well-decorated in blue and white tones, in a clear tribute to the sea.
In each dish and drink, its detailed presentation can be observed and appreciated, along with all the care placed in its confection and the careful selection of ingredients. The quality is undeniable and Chef Kiko’s mark is present in every single detail.
We particularly recommend the pisco sour – a very popular drink in Peru and Chile that will surely delight you too – the green gazpacho with scallops (scallops, celery, ginger, tapioca, green apple and black crunchy); pure ceviche – made with seasonal white fish, sweet potato puree, onion, seaweed and “leche de tigre”; and the sea “quinoto” – quinoa with shrimp, cockles, mussels, white fish, seaweed, oyster foam and kombu,
Cool Tip: Chef Kiko released a book titled “Comer o Mundo” ("Eat the World") where he brings together his travels and his recipes. You can find it at A Cevicheria!
