In this cosmopolitan and welcoming space, each dish invokes contemporary Portuguese flavors, always leaving room for a pleasant surprise. What shines the most at Assinatura is its menu. Pure satisfaction right after the first bite is the main goal for Vitor Areias, the restaurant’s current chef.
We started this journey at the roots of Portuguese cuisine with golden codfish cakes, served with smoked cheese sauce, followed by squid, “stained” with chorizo and peas.
The use of fresh, seasonal and selected products is one of Assinatura’s strong features. And that is probably why chef Vitor offers those who dine here, among many dishes, the traditional veal loaf with baby vegetables, which always change according to the season. This has proved to be a dish with a timeless combination.
From chef Vitor's kitchen come dining experiences that end with irresistible desserts. The ricotta cake pyramids accompanied by glacé plums are mouth watering, as is the rich white chocolate fudge with red forest fruits.
What is certain is that since 2010 that Assinatura provides trips to the past in the present. We give it our seal of approval.
