6 Activities to try in Lisbon
Summer's over, but that doesn't have to be synonymous with weekends at home or work-home routines. In fact, Lisbon is full of amazing places to visit throughout the year, new things to discover and initiatives that deserve attention. In addition, there are also dozens of activities that can totally be the perfect excuse for a different moment with friends or family.
We went looking for places that could provide memorable activities in the city, and we'll share some suggestions with you:

ESCAPE HUNT LISBOA
Here's a great idea for any time of the year: an escape game to play with friends. Escape Hunt Lisboa has several rooms and challenges available that can be solved in pairs or groups up to five people. The prices range from €55 (for two people) and €80 (for a group of five).
Among the themes of the rooms, there are two that couldn't be any more Portuguese: “The Great Lisbon Earthquake” and “The Mystery of Fernando Pessoa”. However, there's a third option - the room “Introduction to a Secret Society”. How about getting your friends together and celebrate your birthday in a different way before the traditional dinner? Or how about challenging the office staff to work as a team to solve the riddle? Are you able to escape the room together?

PUZZLE ROOM LISBOA
Continuing with puzzle games, which require cooperation and wit, we suggest a second place in Lisbon: Puzzle Room, where solving puzzles and charades, as well as understanding clues, is essential to escape in 60 minutes and win the game. All Puzzle Room challenges have a common thread, the history of Lisbon and its wonders, which renders the experience even more immersive.
For groups of up to seven people, prices vary between €50 and €75, and there are six choices of puzzles to unlock: “The Heist”, also available for kids in the Junior version, or for groups of 8 to 10 people, in the XL version; “The Lost Island”, also available in the Junior version; and “The Deadly Tear”. Which one will you choose?

LIVE ELECTRIC TOURS
Getting to know Lisbon with no rushes, no worries and no clocks ticking is possible with Live Electric Tours. More than a tip for those looking to rent a car to discover the city, this is an option for those who care about the environment.
Live Electric Tours' cars are 100 % electric and are designed to transport two people. However, the advantages go beyond ecology: all cars include a GPS audio guide in real time, which helps the passengers optimize their time and discovering the charms that the city of the seven hills has to offer, they provide the possibility to make live streams during the trip (thanks to a live camera) so that it can be followed by your friends and/or family and later seen again, and they're equipped with a Wi-Fi system, that allows you to be connected to the world and see all the information about the places you want to visit. And as if there weren't enough positive aspects to convince you, there's another equally valuable asset: with Live Electric Tours' cars you don't need to pay for parking! The question that matters is... Who will you invite to ride with you?

How about getting your hands-on-deck? Inês Diana Salgado is the trainer, with over 30 years of experience, who gives the necessary instructions so that you can leave the workshop with a ceramic made by yourself. Her studio - Olaria Lisboa - where she lets the imagination run wild, is prepared to welcome you for a moment of relaxation and learning. Convinced?
The classes can be taught in Portuguese, English or Spanish and, in addition to the popular pottery classes, in this place you can also learn about modeling, ceramic sculpture, tile painting and other equally fascinating techniques for all those who are passionate about this type of art. If this is an area that makes you curious, Olaria Lisboa offers the perfect excuse to finally learn a little more about it (or to remind you of past lessons you've had!).

PORTUGAL FARM EXPERIENCES
The last suggestion of this article is for those looking for a typical Portuguese experience. Portugal Farm Experiences offers th possibility of taking part in rural activities associated with Portugal and connects the participants with farmers and beekeepers so that they can learn from those who have long years of experience.
In the Lisbon area, there are different activities to choose from. From one-day excursions to longer experiences, it's guaranteed that the agricultural activity will be authentic. Discovering the landscapes of the country and awaken your senses is what Portugal Farm Experiences proposes. Among other things, you can take part in wine tastings, gastronomic experiences and farming practices that partake of the curiosity about ancient times and the interest in traditions. If you don't mind getting your hands dirty and wish to learn more about the origins of the ingredients that make up your dishes, this is a good alternative to urban tours.
